Access with the keycard was frustrating. it jammed repeatedly. The road to the hotel is unpaved, creating an uncomfortable arrival with a less secure feel due to homeless camps nearby. A few ants appeared in the kitchen, which didn't ruin the stay but was a nuisance. The bathroom design had issues, notably a door handle that jutted out awkwardly while trying to access the sink area. Breakfast service experienced notable delays, and a more streamlined menu could greatly improve convenience.
